Electronic communications

E-SIGN Consent

By affirmatively accepting electronic delivery during an application or account process, you consent to receive disclosures, notices, records, agreements, decisions, and other communications electronically. You also consent to use electronic signatures where offered.

Scope of consent

Your consent applies to communications relating to your application, any resulting financing product, servicing, support requests, and other interactions with Ozriel Capital, unless a narrower transaction-specific consent states otherwise.

Hardware and software requirements

• A device capable of accessing the internet.
• A current web browser that supports secure HTTPS connections.
• An active email address and the ability to access email.
• Software capable of displaying PDF files.
• Enough storage or access to a printer to retain electronic records.

Paper copies and withdrawal

You may request a paper copy or withdraw consent to future electronic delivery by contacting support@ozrielcapital.com or calling (800) 228-6401. Withdrawal will not affect the validity of electronic records provided before withdrawal. Paper-delivery availability or fees, if any, will be disclosed where applicable.

Keeping your information current

Notify Ozriel Capital if your email address or other contact information changes. You may update contact information through the customer portal or by contacting support.

Application review

Application Authorization

By submitting a financing application, you certify that the information and documents provided are true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You authorize Ozriel Capital LLC and its authorized service providers to verify information relevant to evaluating the request, including identity, residence, employment, income, and submitted documents.

You authorize persons and organizations possessing relevant information to provide information in response to a lawful verification request. Additional transaction-specific authorizations may be presented during review. Providing false, altered, incomplete, or misleading information may result in denial, cancellation, or other action permitted by law.

Income from alimony, child support, or separate maintenance does not need to be disclosed unless you want it considered in evaluating the application.

Personal loans & lines of credit

Financing Disclosures

Personal loans are generally closed-end products with a defined amount and repayment schedule. Lines of credit are generally revolving products with an approved credit limit and available-credit structure. Product descriptions on this website are summaries only.

• Approval is not guaranteed.
• Requested amounts or credit limits may not be approved.
• Rates, fees, repayment obligations, payment frequency, maturity, and other terms depend on the product, review, applicable law, and final agreement.
• No applicant is obligated to accept an offered product merely because an application was submitted.
• Review all transaction-specific disclosures before accepting an offer.
• Late payments, missed payments, defaults, or other failures to comply with an agreement may result in fees, collection activity, loss of account privileges, or other consequences described in the agreement and permitted by law.

Consumer report rights

Fair Credit Reporting Act Notice

The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) governs the collection, use, disclosure, and accuracy of information maintained by consumer reporting agencies. Where permitted by law and applicable to a request, Ozriel Capital LLC may obtain a consumer report for a permissible purpose, including evaluating an application or reviewing or servicing an account. Any required authorization will be presented during the applicable process.

Adverse action based on a consumer report

If Ozriel Capital takes adverse action based in whole or in part on information in a consumer report, the applicant or consumer will receive a notice as required by law. The notice will identify the consumer reporting agency that supplied the report, explain that the agency did not make the decision and cannot provide the specific reasons for it, and describe the right to obtain a free copy of the report from that agency within 60 days and to dispute inaccurate or incomplete information.

Information furnished about an account

Ozriel Capital may furnish account information to consumer reporting agencies where permitted or required. Furnished information may include payment history, balance, account status, and other account data. Ozriel Capital is committed to furnishing information accurately and to reviewing qualifying disputes in accordance with applicable law.

How to dispute information

You may dispute information directly with the consumer reporting agency shown on your credit report. You may also contact Ozriel Capital at disputes@ozrielcapital.com or by mail at Ozriel Capital LLC, 111 West Port Plaza Drive, Suite 600, St. Louis, MO 63146. Identify the specific information disputed, explain why it is inaccurate or incomplete, and provide copies—not originals—of relevant supporting documents. Do not send a full Social Security number or identity documents through ordinary email.

Geographic availability

State Availability

Products and services are available only where Ozriel Capital is authorized to offer or provide them and where the applicable product is approved for use. Website access or the ability to submit an application does not mean a product is available in every state.

Ozriel Capital may decline to process, pause, or redirect a request based on residency, product type, licensing, documentation, servicing authority, or other applicable requirements. Transaction-specific state notices will be provided when required.

Consumer Notices

Consumers should rely on official account communications and confirmed Ozriel Capital contact information. Do not send full Social Security numbers, banking passwords, payment-card information, or identity documents through ordinary email.

• Keep copies of agreements, notices, payment confirmations, and written communications.
• Confirm payment instructions before sending funds.
• Notify Ozriel Capital promptly if contact information changes.
• Contact support if an account communication appears suspicious or contains unfamiliar instructions.
• Questions about account information should identify the specific item in question and include relevant supporting information through an approved method.
