Acceptance of these Website Terms

By accessing or using this website, submitting a form or application, creating or using a customer portal account, or otherwise using an online service provided by Ozriel Capital LLC, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Website Terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the website or its online services. Additional agreements, disclosures, notices, authorizations, and consent records may apply to a financing application, loan, line of credit, serviced account, payment, or other transaction.

Authorized users

Eligibility and authority

You may use this website only if you can form a legally binding agreement and your use is permitted by applicable law. Financing applicants must satisfy the age, residency, identity, capacity, and other eligibility requirements for the applicable product and jurisdiction.

If you use the website on behalf of a company, institution, portfolio owner, or another legal entity, you represent that you are authorized to act for and bind that entity concerning the submitted inquiry or requested service.

No commitment

General information only

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice and is not a commitment, approval, offer, or promise to extend credit, purchase a portfolio, modify an account, settle an obligation, or provide a particular service.

Product descriptions are summaries. Availability, approval, amount or credit limit, annual percentage rate, interest, fees, repayment schedule, payment amount, security interest, and other terms are determined through the applicable review and stated in transaction-specific documents.

Nothing on this website changes an existing account balance, due date, payment obligation, contract term, ownership status, or servicing instruction. Consumers should rely on their signed documents and official account communications.

Financing requests

Applications and submitted information

Submitting an application requests consideration for a personal loan or line of credit. It does not guarantee approval or require Ozriel Capital to make an offer. Ozriel Capital may verify identity, residence, income, employment, documents, and other relevant information and may request additional information before making a decision.

You agree that application information and uploaded documents will be true, complete, current, and accurate to the best of your knowledge. You must not submit altered documents, use another person’s identity, omit material information intentionally, or make a misleading statement. Ozriel Capital may deny, suspend, cancel, or investigate a request when information cannot be verified or fraud, misuse, or unlawful activity is suspected.

Submitting an application does not obligate you to accept an offered product. If an offer is made, review all final agreements and disclosures before accepting it.

Digital records

Electronic communications and signatures

When you affirmatively consent during an application or account process, you agree to receive disclosures, notices, agreements, decisions, records, and other communications electronically and to use electronic signatures where offered. Electronic signatures and records may have the same legal effect as paper documents and handwritten signatures.

You are responsible for providing a valid email address, maintaining access to that address, keeping contact information current, and retaining copies of electronic records. Instructions for hardware and software, paper copies, and withdrawal of consent appear in the E-SIGN Consent.

Account access

Customer portal and credentials

The customer portal provides authorized access to account information, documents, communications, and available servicing functions. Portal content is intended only for the customer or authorized user associated with the account.

• Provide accurate registration and authentication information.
• Keep your username, password, verification code, and recovery information confidential.
• Use a strong, unique password and sign out when using a shared device.
• Do not allow another person to impersonate you or access protected information without authorization.
• Notify Ozriel Capital promptly if credentials may be compromised or portal activity appears unauthorized.

Ozriel Capital may require additional verification, restrict access, reset credentials, or suspend a session to protect an account, investigate suspicious activity, maintain security, or comply with law.

Responsible use

Acceptable use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit false, fraudulent, stolen, altered, unlawful, or misleading information or documents.
• Access or attempt to access another person’s application, account, portal, documents, or communications.
• Probe, scan, bypass, disable, defeat, or interfere with authentication, encryption, security controls, rate limits, or access restrictions.
• Introduce malware, malicious code, automated attacks, scraping tools, excessive requests, or other technology that may damage or disrupt the website.
• Reverse engineer, copy, reproduce, modify, sell, sublicense, or exploit website software or content except as permitted by law.
• Use the website to violate privacy, intellectual-property, consumer-protection, communications, fraud, or other applicable laws.
• Misrepresent affiliation with Ozriel Capital or use its name, marks, or content to deceive another person.

Ozriel Capital may restrict or terminate website access, preserve relevant records, and refer suspected unlawful activity to appropriate parties where permitted by law.

Website operation

Accuracy, changes, and availability

Ozriel Capital works to keep website information accurate and online services available, but content may contain errors, become outdated, or be changed. Website functions may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, internet or hosting failures, security events, service-provider outages, or circumstances outside Ozriel Capital’s control.

Ozriel Capital may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue a website feature when reasonably necessary. When a time-sensitive application, payment, dispute, or account request cannot be completed online, contact Ozriel Capital using the confirmed information on the Contact & Support page.

A website display does not override official account records. Contact support if portal information appears inconsistent with a signed agreement or official statement.

Ownership

Intellectual property

The website’s design, text, graphics, branding, software, compilation, and other content are owned by or licensed to Ozriel Capital LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Ozriel Capital grants you a limited, personal, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use the website for its intended lawful purposes.

No ownership right is transferred to you. You may retain copies of disclosures, agreements, statements, and records provided for your own application or account. Other reproduction, distribution, public display, modification, or commercial use requires prior written permission unless applicable law provides otherwise.

External providers

Third-party services and links

The website may rely on or link to third-party providers for hosting, security, identity verification, document processing, payment processing, communications, licensing information, or other functions. A link does not mean Ozriel Capital controls or endorses all content, products, policies, or practices of the third party.

Third-party services may have separate terms and privacy policies. Review them before providing information or using the service. Ozriel Capital is not responsible for a third-party website or service except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

Personal information

Privacy and security

Use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy and any transaction-specific privacy notice. Do not send a full Social Security number, portal password, payment-card information, bank login, government identification, or sensitive document through ordinary email.

Use the secure application, customer portal, or another secure method specifically provided by Ozriel Capital. Although safeguards are used to protect information, no website, network, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Legal limitations

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its general informational content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Ozriel Capital disclaims implied warranties concerning the website, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement, except where a warranty cannot lawfully be disclaimed.

Ozriel Capital does not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or free of harmful components. These website disclaimers do not eliminate rights or warranties that apply to a financing product, servicing relationship, electronic funds transfer, consumer report, or other transaction under applicable law or a signed agreement.

Permitted limits

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ozriel Capital and its officers, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the public website or general website content.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be limited and does not waive any right or remedy provided by applicable consumer-protection, lending, servicing, privacy, data-security, electronic-payment, or consumer-reporting law. Transaction-specific rights and obligations remain governed by the applicable agreement and law.

Misuse of the website

Responsibility for prohibited conduct

To the extent permitted by law, a business user or other person using the website for commercial purposes agrees to be responsible for losses, claims, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from that user’s unlawful use, fraudulent submission, infringement, or material violation of these Website Terms.

This provision is not intended to require an individual consumer to waive nonwaivable legal rights or to indemnify Ozriel Capital for conduct for which indemnification is prohibited by law.

Legal framework

Applicable law and controlling documents

These Website Terms are governed by applicable federal law and, to the extent state law applies to general website use, the laws applicable to Ozriel Capital LLC in Missouri, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply in another jurisdiction.

A financing agreement, account agreement, servicing contract, payment authorization, or other transaction document may contain its own governing-law, venue, dispute-resolution, or other terms. Those transaction-specific provisions control that transaction. These Website Terms do not create an arbitration agreement or class-action waiver.

If any provision of these Website Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver of future enforcement.

Revisions

Changes to these Website Terms

Ozriel Capital may revise these Website Terms to reflect changes in the website, services, business practices, security requirements, or law. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Additional notice or consent will be provided where required by law.

Changes to these Website Terms do not retroactively modify a signed transaction agreement unless the agreement and applicable law permit the modification and any required notice or consent is provided.
